sound experiences with isis
Space to pause, soften and reconnect.
SOund & Stillness
Sound has become an important part of my work, offering another way to slow down, turn inward and experience deep rest. Through group sound baths, individual sound sessions and vibro-acoustic treatments, I invite you to take time away from the everyday and settle into a quieter space.
Whether you’re drawn to the immersive sounds of a group session or the more personal experience of a one-to-one treatment, each offering creates an opportunity to pause, listen and simply be.
A sound bath is an invitation to lie back, get comfortable and immerse yourself in sound. Using Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and drum, I create carefully curated sound journeys, weaving together layers of tone, rhythm and vibration to offer space for rest, reflection and a little time just for you.
With extensive training in sound healing, I bring care, intention and intuition to each session, allowing the sounds and instruments to guide your experience.
Sound baths can be enjoyed individually, with friends or as part of retreats, workshops and special gatherings.
All sound experiences take place at my own studio,
The Yoga Yurt, in Cuckfield, West Sussex.
