Private Yoga Classes

Traditionally yoga was shared between one student and a teacher. This is a way to dive deeper in to the practice,
make more progression and a way that the teacher can really hold space for you and your needs.
Each session is specifically tailored to you and focused on what you’d like to get out of it.
Before the first session you will receive a detailed intake form, so that I can get an idea of you goals, preferences, injuries
and anything else that is relevant to you. If you’ve never done yoga before, we’ll build it up step-by-step and start with the basic principles, simple breathing practices, fundamental yoga postures, alignment and progress the practice from there.
A private yoga class can be a one-off session or something more regular, like once a week or once a month.

Costs

You will receive a price quote tailored to your request, depending on the location,
the amount of sessions and if it is just for you or for 2 or 3 people.

Private Yoga sessions start at £50


Location

As long as you have space for a mat and it’s quiet, 1-1 sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home.
(minimal petrol costs may be applicable for travel outside of the Haywards Heath area)

Or -  Your session can be arranged at a hired space in the area (tbd).
I often work with a studio in Lindfield which has all the equipment we need.
